Traci Morrow is the Founder of LifeStory Strategies, creator of The Growth Table, relationship guide, speaker, author, and entrepreneur whose life's work centers on helping people live by design rather than by default.

For nearly three decades, Traci has helped people grow in the areas of relationships, leadership, personal development, wellness, and intentional living. Her passion for helping others build meaningful lives was shaped through years of leading teams, mentoring entrepreneurs & CEOs, and building a thriving relationship marketing business where she learned firsthand that lasting success is rarely built alone.

As a 2006 Founding Team Beachbody Coach, Traci built one of the industry's most respected organizations and received numerous honors, including Humanitarian of the Year, Top Coach, Superstar Coach, and served on the Coach Advisory Board. Throughout her career, she discovered that achievement is often accelerated through strategic partnerships, authentic relationships, and a commitment to helping others succeed.

Those experiences became the foundation for her chapter, "The Power of Partnership: Aligning for Victory," where she shares lessons learned through decades of friendship and business partnership with her longtime success partner, Doug Fitzgerald. Together, they demonstrated that trust, shared values, complementary strengths, and a commitment to mutual growth can create extraordinary results.

Today, Traci brings those same principles into her work through LifeStory Strategies and The Growth Table, where she guides men and women toward greater clarity, purpose, alignment, and intentional living. She is the author of Real-Life Marriage: Navigating Your Beautiful, Messy, One-of-a-Kind Love Story, creator of the Real-Life Marriage Prep Mentoring Course and Real-Life Marriage Mentoring Course, and founder of Real-Life Marriage Ministries.

Traci has also served on the John Maxwell Leadership Foundation Board, the John Maxwell Advisory Board for Network Marketers, as well as the Maxwell Leadership Relationship Guide. She hosts Maximum Impact Mentoring calls for the ML community and is a co-host of the Maxwell Leadership Podcast. In addition, she serves as a Relationship Expert for Drs. Les and Leslie Parrott's Loveology marriage platform.

Beyond her professional work, Traci's greatest joy is her family. She and her husband, KC, have been married for more than 35 years and make their home in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Together they have raised six adult children, welcomed four children through marriage, and are the proud grandparents of seven grandchildren—with hopes for many more around the family table in the years ahead. Their marriage, family, faith, and friendships continue to shape the heart behind everything Traci teaches about relationships, growth, leadership, and living a life of purpose.
