Between 2015 and 2020, they built to the top of their international company, becoming the #1 team in North America by 2022. She has a passion for helping women reach their God-given potential, and today their global team spans over 14,000 people across 19 countries.

Nicole has been married to Allan for 34 years and is a proud mother of six, and grandma of one. She lives near Nashville, Tennessee, and loves lake life, beach trips, working out with her Allan, entertaining, and creating healthy meals for her family.
